Make-up is rarely blogged…

…at least from what I’ve seen.

I’ve often heard smaller Second Life cosmetic creators say that their items aren’t often credited or chosen in large events because they can be difficult to feature. So when someone I follow on Twitter asked if there were any takers out there for a blogger to blog their item before an event opening….that had a specific type of furry head…. I said ‘Sure - why not?’

I had no idea when I got started that I’d not only be able to feature a BeSpoke Caravan head in this little short. My partner encouraged me to embrace the spooky season with my choices - so I themed my lamb as ‘bride of frankenstein’ and we got a skin for a head we already had on one of our filming accounts. I’m sure the BeSpoke creators were really confused about the ‘cyan lion’ skin… but nonetheless, TA DA!

There was LOTS of learning on this one - I created the video and sat on it for a few hours and decided I hated it. My partner, Gonje, thankfully collaborated with me and I'm much happier with this version. It was idea and his avatar creation skills on a GREEN LION that even made this LAMEST of all lame Twilight jokes possible. You know I HAD TO do it. HAD TO. :)

For those that keep up with my ‘hot mess’ and like to see the process, I’ve uploaded both for you to see. You can watch the ‘rough draft’ here. The ‘final draft’ is below.
