Best Short Film Winner 2025

I’ve gotten the opportunity to go to the SL Video Creators Award show every year for the last 3 years. I’ll admit that I tend to fan girl around quite a bit; a lot of the machinima makers that I really look up to are usually up for awards and I get to cheer and shout for them in a way that isn’t considered too weird. :)

This year was the first year Bay City Studios has been up for anything in any catagory. Gonje and I were elated that we were even nominated for something this year, and being able to be in a catagory with some many other great films with amazing directors was an honor all it’s own.

I never expected for us to win anything, so I was so floored when they called me up to the stage. (Yes, I was tearing up a little. I was so shocked and honored!!!!!!)
